Southwest Builders Inc. is the general contractor for Full Circle Properties LLC’s office building, which will be home to Scott Loveland’s American Family Insurance office. Loveland and his wife, Kerri, are principals in Full Circle Properties. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect for the 2,485-square-foot structure. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The insurance firm will occupy the bulk of the space; lease rates will be negotiable for the remaining 1,100 square feet. The estimated cost of the project, according to the permit filed with the city of Springfield, is $200,000. The building, which features brick, glass and architectural metal, is slated for completion Aug. 15.
