Scotland leader seeks new independence referendum

Scotland First Minister Nicola Sturgeon on Monday said she'll seek authority to hold a new independence referendum.

She says the country is being forced against its will to leave the European Union as Britain exits.

Last June, Scots voted 62 to 38 percent to remain in the EU.
