The editor-in-chief of Scientific American has resigned after posting criticisms online of President-elect Donald Trump voters.
Laura Helmuth said in now-deleted posts on Bluesky that Trump voters are "fascists" and the "meanest, dumbest, most bigoted" group.
In a separate post, Helmuth apologized and said the comments do not “reflect the position” of Scientific American.
