Bell Building Systems is the general contractor for Schwan’s 13,800-square-foot facility located in Republic, just off Highway MM. Hay Dobbs of Minneapolis is the architect and Steen Engineering of Robbinsdale, Minn., is the engineer. The project, which has an estimated cost of $1.2 million, is slated for completion in September.
