Schmitt sues St. Louis County officials

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced a lawsuit this week against St. Louis County Executive Sam Page, the St. Louis County Department of Public Health and department leader Dr. Faisal Khan.

Schmitt cited the “arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable application of COVID-19 restrictions in St. Louis County.”

The lawsuit specifically points to restrictions on religious institutions, K-12 masking requirements, government preapproval for events and outdoor masking requirements, KSDK reports.
