Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt's office filed two civil lawsuits and criminal charges against another two contractors in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
Lawsuits were filed against R&M Landscaping and Stella Roofing LLC in St. Louis. Both suits allege the companies failed to do work after being paid.
The same goes for charges filed against Michael Ross and Brian Pummell in the Kansas City area. The two men also allegedly took money and did not provide the promised services.
