This first edition showcases the cooking talents of Springfield Chef James Clary, who has ownership in Clary’s, Fish and Gallery Bistro restaurants. Clary, from his home kitchen, shares a three-course summer menu built for backyard entertaining: crabmeat terrine, sesame-crusted Copper River salmon with daikon salad and ice cream crêpes with peaches.
Future After 5 pieces will feature reviews of local performing arts, restaurants, wines, artists’ galleries and travel spots.
