As much as we all dislike taxes, additional state revenue must come from somewhere. Letting those who use it most pay the most seems to be an equitable answer.

I seriously doubt that tolls will improve the roads in Missouri. I recently took a trip to Tulsa, Okla., and the (Will Rogers Turnpike) was terrible. I think that it will cost us more to set up toll roads with very little return on investment.
