I hope this will make people aware of how the lending industry works and about self-accountability. In any and all professions, there are unethical people. I hope that people will understand the importance of knowing the true value of their property and not just what number will make their loan go through. I believe this legislation will hopefully run unethical lenders and appraisers out of Missouri. I anticipate Missouri turning into a full-disclosure state.
