SBJ Editor Eric Olson will interview featured guest Hal Donaldson, Convoy of Hope president and founder and Today’s Pentecostal Evangel magazine editor-in-chief, 7:30–9 a.m. at the Clarion Hotel, 3333 S. Glenstone. Convoy of Hope, a 13-year-old Springfield-based nonprofit Christian organization, has distributed $100 million worth of food and supplies to nearly 20 million poor and disaster-stricken people around the globe. Donaldson says a meeting with Mother Teresa in the late 1980s inspired him to start Convoy of Hope, now a $25 million organization with nearly a dozen tractor-trailers and a 300,000-square-foot distribution center at 330 S. Patterson Ave.
