St. Louis-based grocery chain Save A Lot has appointed its third CEO in four years.
Chief Operating Officer Bill Mayo has been promoted to CEO. He joined the company last year after 29 years with Wakefern Food Corp.
A reason was not given for current Save A Lot CEO Fred Boehler's exit from the role. He will serve in an advisory role to Mayo and the company board in the coming months.
