Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia's state oil giant, unveiled plans for a "mega refinery" on India's west coast.
The refinery in partnership with three Indian state-owned oil companies would cost $44 billion to build.
It would have the capability of producing 1.2 million barrels of crude oil a day.
