Satire: Ford develops SUV running purely on gasoline

Ford Motor Co. announced Wednesday it has completed development of a vehicle relying solely on gasoline.

The Ford Petrola SUV utilizes the 100 percent reliable, oil-based energy source, according to The Onion.

Company officials noted gas-powered vehicles have been able to travel more than 300 miles on one single "power charge" of gas.
