Michael J. Sapp and James C. Stufflebeam of Sapp Design Associates Architects PC are the architects for Ironbridge LLC’s corporate office buildings project, which is in the final stage of design. Engineers, interior designer and general contractor for the project are yet to be determined. An address for the south Springfield project is not yet available.
The project will comprise a two- and a three-story building, providing about 80,000 square feet of Class A office space for large and medium-sized businesses. R. B. Murray Co. will be the leasing agent.
