Samsung unveils first new phones since debacle

Samsung yesterday unveiled the Galaxy S8 and S8+ at an event in New York.

The phones follow the disastrous launch of the fire-prone Galaxy Note 7.

The new phones have curved screens that flow onto the sides. Samsung also removed the physical home button.
