Sam's Club announced it is consolidating its membership structure and adding free shipping for customers.
The memberhship options will be $45 a year for Sam's Club and $100 a year for Sam's Plus.
"We are adding more value to our membership, we're making strategic choices and changing how we work to drive visible growth," Sam's Club CEO John Furner said.
