Saks looks to sell stake in Bergdorf Goodman

Saks Fifth Avenue's parent company is reportedly in talks to sell a 49% stake in luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman.

The Wall Street Journal reports the $1 billion stake has attracted at least four bidders and could be announced as early as 2026.

Saks Global bought Bergdorf Goodman through its $2.7 billion acquisition of Neiman Marcus in 2024.
