Saint Louis University to build $71M residence hall

Saint Louis University plans to open a $71 million residence hall in 2017 at its Midtown campus.

Given the green light by the school's board over the weekend, the building would join a $44 million residence hall approved in December. It's currently under construction.

The $71 million residence hall project calls for seven floors comprising 237,000 square feet. It would be designed for first- and second-year students.
