Saint Louis Public Schools has sold two vacant school buildings to the city's Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority.
The school district sold the former Cleveland High School for $300,000 and the Marshall & Branch School for $200,000.
Both buildings are slated to undergo stabilization before being sold for redevelopment.
