A St. Louis jury unanimously ruled against Saint Louis Public Schools in a gender discrimination and retaliation case.
The plaintiff, Ron Spivey, was a former high school guidance counselor and cross-country coach at Soldan International Studies High School.
He alleged in the suit that he had to undergo performance improvement plans when his female colleagues did not.
