Saint Louis Public Schools board votes to remove superintendent

The Saint Louis Public Schools Board of Education voted to start the process that would terminate Superintendent Keisha Scarlett "for cause."

Scarlett was placed on leave more than a month ago over the district's transportation and budget concerns.

Scarlett said she was "deeply disappointed" by the board vote and plans to challenge the move.
