S & H Farm Supply

David Blackford of S & H Agriproducts is the general contractor for the new Rogersville location for Lockwood-based S & H Farm Supply, one of Springfield Business Journal’s 2005 Dynamic Dozen. David Young of Springfield is the architect. Springfield-based Anderson Engineering provided civil engineering for the project.
The approximately 20,000-square-foot facility for owner/developers Wayne and Eric Schnelle will replace S & H’s Springfield location at 2520 N. Eastgate Ave. Completion is scheduled for this summer. The project is financed by Bank of America, but Eric Schnelle declined to disclose the estimated project cost. The project will be a new retail facility for sales, parts and service of farm, lawn and industrial equipment.
