Russia, Ukraine agree to ceasefire

Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement to put a "full and comprehensive" ceasefire in place by year's end.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky met Monday at a Paris summit.

Some 13,000 people have died in more than five years of fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russian-backed rebels.
