Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Giuliani, 79, recently was ordered to pay $148 million in damages to two former election workers in Georgia for allegedly upending their lives by claiming they manipulated ballots.
The bankruptcy filing lists debts of $153 million and assets up to $10 million.
