Rose’s Ribbon

Greene County Presiding Commissioner David Coonrod, left, and Rose’s Courthouse Café owner Rose Habermehl cut the ribbon March 17 to open the Greene County Historic Courthouse restaurant. Habermehl used a $90,000 U.S. Small Business Administration loan to renovate the space, which serves breakfast and lunch items, including cold and hot sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods.
