Rose’s Ribbon

Greene County Presiding Commissioner David Coonrod, left, and Rose’s Courthouse Café owner Rose Habermehl cut the ribbon March 17 to open the Greene County Historic Courthouse restaurant. Habermehl used a $90,000 U.S. Small Business Administration loan to renovate the space, which serves breakfast and lunch items, including cold and hot sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods. The café also has bistro seating

and Wi-Fi access.
