Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis received approval to demolish a historic church to make way for its new $30 million headquarters.
The St. Louis Preservation Board previously approved the demolition project in 2018. However, it was delayed due to the pandemic.
The organization has raised $24 million in a capital campaign that goes toward the headquarters project.
