DeWitt and Associates is the general contractor for the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Center, adjacent to the Gillioz Theatre in downtown Springfield. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect for the 47,568-square-foot center and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the engineer. Guaranty Bank is the lender for the approximately $8 million project, which is to be finished Sept. 1.
