Romano’s Macaroni Grill

Swisshelm Group Inc.’s Romano’s Macaroni Grill is scheduled for completion near Christmas, according to Morris Dock, owner of general contractor MoDoCo Inc. Dock said crews are working on excavation for the parking lot, as well as interior trim, tile and painting. MoDoCo’s Steve Lubbert is the project manager, and Dennis Foos is the superintendent for the eatery, which will seat 206 people and have 83 parking spaces. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is the architect. Engineers for the $850,000, 6,474-square-foot restaurant are Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and JS Smith Consulting Engineers, structural.
