Rolla City Council on Monday banned the sale and possession of synthetic kratom and 7-hydroxymitragynine, aka 7-OH.
The city's council also made natural kratom, delta-7 THC and delta-8 THC available only to people over 21.
U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidance calls on people not to take kratom or 7-OH.
