A departing company employee took President Donald Trump's Twitter account offline briefly.
The page went down for about 11 minutes. The company later posted a statement saying the president's “account was inadvertently deactivated due to human error by a Twitter employee.”
Two hours later, Twitter acknowledged the shut-down wasn't an accident. The account was taken offline “by a Twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee's last day," officials said. This morning, Trump blamed a “rogue employee."
