Canadian communications company Rogers Communications Inc. is offering voluntary buyouts to roughly 10,000 employees.
"We are taking steps to adjust our cost structure to reflect the business realities of the current environment," company officials said in a statement.
The company reported in its 2025 annual report that it has about 25,000 employees.
