Jim and Charlotte Bennett are the owner/developers of this 16-building, 64-unit development, according to Mark Tendai of Metro Housing, management company for the property. Jim Bennett is general contractor, and the name of the architect was not available. Tendai said that land engineering is being handled by Great River Engineering. The two-story townhome units are about 1,200 square feet, with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are four units per building. The development will include a swimming pool and a shaded outdoor area. "It's going to be a beautiful setting because the buildings just kind of circle around that big sinkhole, so they're leaving all the trees and that kind of stuff," Tendai said. The lease rate is $625 per month, which includes high-speed Internet access. The development, targeted to young professionals, is to be finished by June 2004.
