Stock market trading app Robinhood raised another $2.4 billion from shareholders.
With another recent injection of capital, the company has raised $3.4 billion since last week. That's more than it previously raised in the eight years since its launch.
The funding is meant to help the company ride out a trading frenzy on stocks such as GameStop.
