Project Description: Queen City Air Freight and Ash Grove Farm Supply already have leased space in the steel warehouse building, leaving 5,000 square feet available for $4 a square foot. The building features four drive-in doors and seven loading-dock doors. Roberts Industrial Rental, a partnership between Javalina LLC owner Eric Roberts and Forerunner LLC owner Joe Roberts, owns 11 other industrial buildings in Springfield and Joplin, according to Eric Roberts.
