Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian broke ground Tuesday on a $5 billion plant in Georgia.
The factory near Atlanta is expected to create 7,500 jobs and make as many as 400,000 electric vehicles annually.
Vehicle production is scheduled to start in 2028.
