Architects are Geoffrey H. Butler AIA, project, and frankZdesign LLC, landscape. Engineers are Garrett Engineering LLC, civil; Bergmann Engineering Co. LLC, structural; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
