The festival begins at noon at the Summers at the River Sports Complex on North Fox Hollow Drive in Nixa.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the gate. Admission includes a fish fry meal.
The U.S. Army will provide a rock-climbing wall, and local bands will perform live music throughout the day.
