Jefferson City-based River Region Credit Union, which closed last summer on a merger with Springfield-based Multipli Credit Union, has a new deal in the works.
The National Credit Union Administration reportedly gave the OK for Missouri Credit Union to merge into River Region Credit Union.
Missouri Credit Union President and CEO Hal James said the deal is “one of the most promising opportunities for the credit union's future in 45 years.”
