Corporate officers of RightChoice Managed Care Inc. (aka Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield) were in Springfield in July to kick off the company's Commitment to Quality awards program, presenting awards to 33 Springfield employees who achieved 100 percent accuracy in their work.
The 33 employees from the Springfield Operations Center received their Silver Club Awards at a luncheon at University Plaza Holiday Inn. The awards were presented by Springfield site manager Janice Milliken, along with RightChoice's John O'Rourke, chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer
