The three were on hand Oct. 9 for the dedication of Ralph M. Riggs Hall on the campus of Evangel University. The $10.7 million university administration building is 69,000 square feet, three stories and will house the offices of university President Robert Spence and provide space for student development, business and finance, institutional development and computer services.
