Ridewell Corp. owner John Raidel is adding 40,000 square feet and parking space in a roughly $2.8 million project. Rich Kramer Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, and Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC is the architect and engineer. Scheduled for completion in December, the plant expansion comprises steel structure with precast concrete walls to house a 10-ton and a 5-ton crane, with dock-high conditions along one side. The added space also will be used for production, testing and storage of air-ride suspensions. [[In-content Ad]]
