Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in Asia, agreed to buy 259-year-old British toy-store chain Hamleys.
Ambani's Reliance Brands Ltd. entered a deal to purchase the chain for $88.5 million in cash from C.Banner International Holdings Ltd.
Reliance already operates 88 Hamleys franchises in India.
