Revisit Your Estate Plan

Danielle Kincaid, attorney with The Elder Law Group LLC, says you should revisit your estate plan every three to five years or after a major life event. She says it’s even more important to update your power of attorney. Many banks won’t recognize powers of attorney that are more than 10 years old.
