Retirement health care tab for couples: $260K

Fidelity's estimate for a 65-year-old couple to retire is up 6 percent from a year earlier.

The average couple retiring today at age 65 will need $260,000 to cover medical costs in retirement, the company said in its annual estimate.

That's up from $245,000 last year.
