Retailers limit purchases of Plan B amid surge in demand

Retailers such as CVS Health, Rite Aid and Walmart are limiting purchases of over-the-counter emergency contraceptive pills amid a surge in demand.

Pills were in short supply or out of stock yesterday at major retailers following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Plan B One-Step is the top-selling emergency contraceptive.
