An analysis by the Purdue University College of Agriculture predicts retail prices for turkey will jump this Thanksgiving.
Purdue researchers project the average retail price of a turkey will be roughly $2.05 per pound in November. That would equate to around $31 for a 15-pound turkey.
The price per pound would be up 25% from a year ago.
