Terry Reynolds, principal of C. Arch Bay Co., said that the center is set up for a total of four retail or office tenants, but it could be used for as many as five, including the restaurant, and depending on tenant needs. Marshall-Waters-Woody is the architect for the project, which will have a brick exterior and is to be complete by summer, Reynolds said. The engineers are: Crocker Consulting Engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; JS Smith Consulting Engineers, structural; and Anderson Engineering, stormwater detention.
Commerce Bank is the lender for the center, which has an estimated construction cost of $460,000.[[In-content Ad]]
