Above, Gov. Matt Blunt presents Nancy Brown Dornan with the 2007 Rozier Award on March 8 in Jefferson City. The Rozier Award is the highest honor given by nonprofit group Missouri Alliance for Historic Preservation. Dornan received the award for her 20 years of restoration and preservation work in Springfield, including 16 years spent bringing the Gillioz Theatre, 325 Park Central East, back to life.
