Overland Park, Kansas-based Yellow Corp. is preparing to file for bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
Such a filing likely would mean a liquidation, some of the sources said.
A Yellow Corp. spokesperson said that “in keeping with the fiduciary responsibility of the company’s executives, the company continues to prepare for a range of contingencies.”
