Warner Bros. Discovery is in talks to merge with Paramount Global, people familiar with the matter told Axios.
The sources said David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, met Tuesday with Paramount Global CEO Bob Bakish.
Warner Bros. Discovery's market value was $29 billion as of Wednesday, while Paramount's was roughly $10 billion.
